My old fashion gravy and homemade cat head biscuits

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp lard
  • 8 oz buttermilk

Instructions
 

  • mix up the flour and lard until the mixture is even flakes, once the flakes are consistent then add in the buttermilk until you have a spoonable mixture.
    Now grease a pan and drop the biscuits onto the buttered pan.
    put in center rack of oven and cook on 350 until done... about 25 minutes
