Pineapple Fluff Pie
Beat the heat with this creamy & delicious no bake pie. Only a few ingredients to make, a couple hours in the fridge and you're ready to go
Ingredients
- 10 oz shortbread cookies or graham crackers
- 8 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 3.4 oz box instant vanilla pudding (regular or sugar free)
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
- 8 oz Cool Whip or Whipped Topping divided
Instructions
- Mix crushed cookies and melted butter. Press into the bottom of an 8×8 or 9×9 inch pan
- Stir together pudding mix, pineapple, and half the Cool Whip. Spread evenly over crust
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and more crushed cookies, if desired. Chill at least 2 hours in the fridge before serving
- Stores in refrigerator covered for up to 3 days
Notes
I use a pre-made graham cracker crust, so there’s no need for the butter. I also use sugar free instant vanilla pudding and sugar free Cool Whip
