Today’s canning project has been bruschetta in a jar, and I’ll have to admit it was super easy to do and took care of a lot of the grape and cherry tomatoes I’ve been overrun with. Now if I can just make myself wait for a few days so all the flavors can meld together, that’s another story! I’ll be uploading the video for the bruschetta to my YouTube channel within the next day or so. I’d also like to take a moment to say happy Heavenly birthday to my niece, Amy. You left us way too soon and I miss you like crazy! Love you always!!
